Effects of Crime
In Folkestone, Kent I charge £40 for an individual per 50 minute session.
My aim is:
To help you feel safe enough to be open about your thoughts, fears and feelings.
To make you feel safe in your surroundings, and to feel that your views will be respected and understood.
To help you to think things through for yourself, to make your own decisions free of the effects of your past conditioning, and to help you to understand the experiences, circumstances and feelings you are going through.
To offer a caring non-judgemental space for you to explore issues that may be causing concern.
To offer you the opportunity to take control of your future by resolving past problems. My approach is supportive and gentle; mostly I sit and talk with my clients. I don't give advice or tell clients what to do. By listening intently to what they have to say, I try to help clients come to terms with what has happened to them and decide how to move on.
