I don't think a client should have to be made to fit into a particualr style of counselling , I believe counselling should fit the individual, couple or family instead. I practice CBT and Person-Centred counselling. I specialize in couples and family counselling working with all members of the couple or family. I also work with individuals to help them find their own answers to things bothering them.

I have worked extensively with Women's health issues including abortions, miscarriages, infertility and depression following births.

I also work with issues of sexuality, gender identity as well as depression, general anxiety and panic disorders.

I follow the ethics of the British association of Counselling and Psychotherapy

I have a bachelors,a PG Diploma,  a Masters and Doctorate degrees. I have been practicing for over 7 years working with individuals couples and families.
I have received a degree in counselling and have trained in individual, couple, family and group counselling.

Fees

My normal fees are £40 and hour but I have a sliding scale to make sure people can access services they need. I also have special rates for students and those on benefits.
