As an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist I offer both long and short term therapy to individuals and couples in Taunton and Wellington, serving clients from a wide radius including Devon and North Somerset.

I have worked within the NHS as a psychological therapist, with the Youth Offending Team, and with victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse. I provide consultancy for a fostering agency, am a recognised provider for several employee assistance programmes, and supervise for organisations and individuals. I can also be found on the National Autistic Society website, offering counselling and psychotherapy to adults with Asperger's Syndrome, and parents of children with the condition.
My experience is broad, ranging from bereavement (including pet bereavement) and loss, through depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence, to anger & stress management, conflict resolution and relationship problems including improving communication skills.
