Sometimes we all struggle to cope with what we are going through, counselling helps.
I can help if you are going through a life crisis, experiencing relationship issues, struggling with negative thoughts because of anxiety or depression. I can offer a safe and supportive space for you to say whatever you need to say.
I can work with anyone from the LGBTQI community who needs to talk about any of the issues that can be very personal and distressing for you and/or the people around you.
Our work together would explore how you feel, how we can change your relationship to what's happening, or how to sit and cope with difficult feelings through hard times.
I am based at Lifestuff in the centre of Newmarket with easy parking in All Saints Road car park.
