Hi, I am a Person Centred Counsellor offering Individual counselling in and around Launceston and Liskeard.
I have a variety of experience working with different age groups, and various life situations. Working with survivors of sexual abuse, rape and domestic violence, the ongoing emotional and physical impact that this has on survivors. Various mental health issues. Depression, anxiety, self confidence, self worth, relationship worries, abuse, stress, loss.
I appreciate how difficult it can be to seek help at a time when we may feel vulnerable, but I will do my best to support my clients explore their concerns.
I believe in providing a non judgemental warm therapeutic space for my clients to feel safe.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy I abide by their ethical framework and guidelines; I am committed to ongoing continual professional development to offer the best I can to my clients.
