Post Grad Diploma in Integrative Therapy and Counselling
Accredited and registered member of BACP
Additional training includes, Mindfulness, Yoga Therapy and Creative Play Therapy.
I am a warm, empathic, non judgmental practitioner and I have been in private practice in Brighton and Hove for the past 8 years, working with a diverse mix of children, young people and adults. I have experience of working with people experiencing poor mental health including; anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder, carers, people with relationship difficulties, victims of crime and people who have experienced abuse.
