My name is Phillippa Baillie, I am a qualified counsellor and an Accredited Member of the NCS (National Counselling Society).
I use an integrative approach to therapy, meaning that although I have trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Psychotherapy, in practice I will usually apply a combination of these approaches or the tools and techniques I believe would be most beneficial to you.
I believe that in an environment of trust, honesty and understanding, it is possible to make real and lasting change to our lives and our world.
When people seek counselling, this is usually motivated by some level of pain, or the experience of undesired or unhelpful behaviours. I will act as a guide on your personal journey of self-exploration and understanding, to help you to progress towards a brighter and more positive future.
