I work with individuals, couples and families who are seeking help with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, and specific problems in everyday life.
As a systemic therapist I pay attention to the connections between behaviours and the meaning attributed to them.
I focus on the patterns of communication and the influence these might have on the clients' identified difficulties.
The conversations are guided in a way that feels comfortable to each client. In practice, this means I pay attention and respect differences of pace, language, culture, race, gender, ability, personal beliefs, age.
Training, qualifications & experience

I have been working since 1999 both in private practice and in NHS primary care at GP surgeries in south London.
