Have you ever wondered why you do what you do? As a psychodynamic counsellor with a truly person-centred approach I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your actions and reactions. Whether you are struggling with a difficult time in your life; pondering the meaning of your existence or dealing with trauma, from the past or present, counselling can help. It can enable or allow you to acknowledge your feelings and access your own internal, often ignored, resources.
I am a warm, flexible and empathic person who will listen to you and enable you to decide upon and achieve your own personal goals. I am registered with the BACP and abide by its ethical framework. I work with both men and women both on a long and short-term basis according to your needs and personal circumstances.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
I work at Ashgate Hospice and SAIL in Chesterfield and set up a drop-in counselling service at the Cathedral Archer Project in Sheffield.
