I am an Integrative Counsellor with many years experience of working with a Solution Focused approach. I will work with you to help you identify the issues which stop you realising your full potential, and find ways in which you can better manage the problems you face. The cornerstones of my practice are respect, empathy and compassion.
I have experience of counselling people with a wide variety of issues, both in private practice and with voluntary organisations. I also deliver group training programmes dealing with anger management and thinking skills.
I can help with Understanding and reducing Anxiety, Understanding and coping with Depression & Managing Anger and Anxiety.
My approach is assist clients live their lives more mindfully and to develop better coping skills.
