10 The Shrubberies
If you are looking for help with emotional or psychological issues such as anxiety, confidence, motivation, unwanted habits, phobias, relationship or communication problems, I can help you. No two people are the same, or have exactly the same problems, but with years of training and experience I can draw on a range of approaches to help you to change your life for the better.
In addition to counselling and psychotherapy, I am an experienced and highly qualified hypnotherapist; an approach that I find very useful as a therapeutic tool.
I believe that empathy and understanding are essential to enable you to overcome your problems, along with trust, honesty, and knowledge.
The most important thing, however, is the rapport between client and therapist.
My promise to my clients is :-
To listen Not to judge To respect everyone as individual human beings, regardless of race, faith or beliefs To respect privacy and confidentiality To be honest To do the best I can.
With practices in the City of London (EC2), South Woodford, Walthamstow, Stratford, Romford and Hornchurch, I am within easy reach of anywhere in Central London, East London and South Essex.
