I have a breadth of clinical experience spanning over 15 years as an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist. My approach incorporates a blend of Psychodynamic, Cognitive and Transpersonal approaches. I offer both individual and couples counselling, at Longcroft House in the City of London 5 mins walk from Liverpool Street Train/Underground Station and St. Albans, Hertfordshire Situated 5 mins walk from the City station.
I can offer both short term solution focused, lifestyle coaching and long-term in-depth therapy. I specialise in: Worry, Stress, Anxiety, Bereavement and Anger Management, Relationship issues, sexuality (including Transgender issues) and Addictions/compulsive behaviours. Existential/Personal development coaching.
Alternatively, you may not have any particular issues, but have reached a crossroads in your life and are generally unsatisfied or confused. I can help you to clarify your current life circumstances and construct new ways of living a more fulfilling lifestyle.
My practice offers a calm and non-judgemental space in which to explore your feelings at a pace that suits you.
In addition to talking therapy I am also experienced in using visualisation techniques to help you discover your hidden depths. I can also help you to find meaning behind recurring dreams using guided imagery.
In addition to one to one sessions held in my consulting rooms I am available for Skype sessions. Please enquire.
