I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. If you are looking for a safe place to explore your feelings and face the challenges you are experiencing, I offer a non judgmental setting enabling you to speak confidentially in a supported environment. Contemplating therapy can be daunting, but I will endeavour to make you feel at ease and make the experience as stress free as possible.
I work with both adults and young people providing individual face to face therapy as well as telephone counselling. I offer long and short term therapy and work in East London at two different sites; Walthamstow and South Woodford.
The initial appointment will be an assessment, this is carried out to ascertain some background and explore your presenting issues. This is also a chance to see whether we feel we could work together. If this is established, we will then meet once a week at time/day convenient to both parties, sessions are 50 minutes in duration. I work as an integrative therapist which means I use different approaches to meet with individual client needs.
