Over the last 15 years I have worked in a variety of NHS mental health services and with a range of psychological, behavioural and emotional problems.

As part of my strong commitment to offering effective Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I have completed additional training in both Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focussed Therapy, and find these approaches used together, really help people to make the changes that they are hoping for.

Getting Started - 3 Easy Steps:
1. Contact me by phone or email.
2. We can arrange a free, informal meeting to discuss whatever you are going through and how I might be able to help. This gives you an opportunity to meet me in person and ask any questions, without any commitment or cost.
3. If you then decide you would like to, when you feel ready, you can book a session.
I am able to offer some early morning and early evening appointments, as well as in the daytime, to fit around other commitments you may have.
