Paula Tierney BA (Hons) MA MBACP
"Any human being has the freedom to change, at any instant." Victor Frankl.
Are you ready to explore issues and release them?
Did you experience childhood rejection or unmet needs?
Are your present day relationships difficult or unfulfilling?
Have you had depression, or anxiety, or are you scared life will never start? Old patterns stay, unless examined, and eventually become behaviour which blocks growth, along with the message contained in the pain.
If you are tired of your situation, and want the freedom to change, then contact me
I am a fully trained psychotherapist/counsellor and believe it is my role is to try and help discover the root cause – instead of just treating your symptoms - and facilitate a process of healing for you.
I offer counselling in a safe and confidential setting including:
- Short and long-term work
- Non-judgemental environment
- One-on-one therapy
- Flexible times
I work with a diverse range of clients and each one is unique. What is not unique is that each client requires therapy that resonates just with them. Therefore I use different aspects of my training in order to work towards individual therapy. Therapy that works just for you.
What do I do next?
If you are interested it is possible to arrange a session - to help you decide if I am the right practitioner for you. If you feel I am, I look forward to working with you.
Sometimes life can be overwhelming and, without proper forms of support, very challenging.
Speak to me about your fears, or issues and dismantle their grip. Give yourself the permission to change.
