Hi my name is Paula. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor. My approach is integrative which means that I draw from different approaches of counselling I am trained and qualified in.
My work is underpinned by Person Centred Counselling that promotes empathy and unconditional acceptance. Life can be stressful and overwhelming at times and you can feel troubled isolated and lonely. Every client is unique and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. You bring your own issues that are different from everyone else's and therefore the counselling will be tailored to your own needs. I offer short, medium and long term therapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have many years experience working in schools and 6th form college.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and hold a current CRB check. I hold various counselling certificates which I carry with me.

I offer my counselling in Shrewsbury town centre at the Roy Fletcher centre.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their Ethical Framework to include confidentiality of Good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
