Welcome to my page. YOU are very important to me.
My purpose as a person-centred counsellor is to help you live a more fulfilling and happy life and overcome the life challenges you are currently facing.
You deserve to be listened to, most importantly heard, guided and supported through this period of your life which is a turning point for you.
Counselling can benefit your life in so many ways and by introducing you to some tools and techniques which you can learn to use everyday will enable you to learn to accept and manage your feelings and feel more productive.
I am passionate about developing people and empowering you to be the person you want to be and feel how you want to feel!
My approach to counselling is to work with you in the here and now. Person-centred means you lead the way and we work from your starting point to reach a positive outcome.

I have been a qualified counsellor since 1999. Much of this time I have worked in the world of education and business so have a good solid understanding of how stress can impact on daily living thus leading to more serious emotional well being issues.
I teach counselling qualifications, along with mindset and emotional resilience to a range of people from young people to leaders of companies. This is because I believe everyone deserves to lead a lifestyle of their choice.
