Hi I'm Paul,
As a qualified counsellor I provide you with a supportive, confidential environment where you can explore any difficulties you may be experiencing and talk it over.
I work with a wide cross section of individuals and couples in a wide variety of situations with all sorts going on. Calm exploration by talking helps give you a perspective and continued exploration regularly gives a sense of freedom, or surety.
My personal approach is to use Psychodynamic, Integrative, CBT, Person Centred and Nero Linguistic techniques, but you just experience an environment and process which helps you through. Ultimately I am able to help you to enhance your life and to live it more fully and happily.
Finding the right counsellor is iso important, someone that you are comfortable with. This is why I offer a free and without obligation initial meeting for us to meet so that you can see if it feels right.
Often a chat on the phone will determine whether I can help; or just drop me a note and I will offer you some dates. Its up to you; as this process is the whole way through.
We can then establish how best you can benefit from Counselling like so many others do. If not me then someone else maybe.
