Paul Roberts Embodied Psychotherapeutic Counselling RMBACP
When people come seeking change I get my clients to embrace the Heart Centered Model. Through my counselling and some embodied therapy, it allows a safe way to explore life, clients relationships and the consciousness that impact on their true well-being. Clients experience interesting changes and a gentle release of energies. That allows for more joy and drive which increase pleasure in life.
Circumstances of life mean that sometimes we have to seek help I have been there myself in the past. My counselling style gives a sensitive and compassionate space within which difficulties can be embraced. I am confident to work with all main areas, but have particular experience with; Anxiety, Depression, Addiction(s) and Assertiveness/Anger management. Client's do learn and experience change that allows them confidence and provides tools to move forward in life.
You and Your Relationships .All life is about relationships; Partners, Work, Children and friendships. Most counselling is, at it's core, about your relationship towards yourself. When that has been explored and you fully know yourself, you can bring knowledge into life. Relating to others then gets easier and you can find compassion for other people when they are affected by life.
Couple Relationships. They can be challenging and painful. We can hurt those that we love the most without understanding why we do so. All relationships call to us to growth, We often feel pulled apart as we flounder to understand ourselves, let alone our partner's behavior. The Heart Centered Process shows us about ourselves in a way that our well meaning parents and role models never did.
I strongly believe that our issues are more our own than we might think. I know that there is a clear way forward that makes sense, that works and is thus emotionally safe. Perhaps we intuitively know that the most profound truths are, at their core, quite simple. I have worked successfully with many different clients that appeared to have many different types of problems. I fully encourage that couples choose a cessation of conflict whilst they learn about themselves. This allows ways to reengage, and all undertaken from me without judgement.
Send me an E-mail, phone or text me to let me know about your interest. We can have up to half an hour discussion in order for you to shere your concerns and discuss assess ways forward that suit you. No charge at this stage.
