About me
Hello, my name is Paul I am a dedicated and experienced counsellor with a passion for supporting individuals.
With a background in psychology and a wealth of expertise, I'm here to help you overcome your challenges.
I specialize in but am not limited to Anxiety, grief, bereavement, loss, as well as relationship problems and suicide. I am dedicated to offering support for a wide range of mental health concerns.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and abide by their code of ethics and undergo regular supervision as well as attending regular CPD events.
I also have an enhance DBS and Level safeguarding training for Adults and children and young people.

I have experience in working with charities such as Farleigh Hospice and also within the private sector working alongside companies such as Aviva, Bupa and AXA. I have extensive experience working with, loss, bereavement and grief. I also have specialised training in Anxiety, Suicide, suicidal ideation and loss via suicide.
