Our sessions together will allow you to express yourself and importantly, "feel listened to". I have experience in working in both the NHS and GP surgeries. I am an integrative counsellor trained in different theories of counselling which may prove invaluable when adapting to different issues you may present in our counselling sessions.
I have over thirty years experience working with people "face to face" and have during my lifetime experienced many similar issues that my clients present to me. I believe this will allow me to effectively empathise with any issues you will put before me and that I can help steer you through your troubled time and towards a brighter future.
