Patsy Chester MBACP, MNCS (Accred).
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor working primarily in Herne Bay, Kent. I offer this service to everyone in the area and am available to to help and support you in your time of need.I provide a safe, respectful and supportive environment where you can talk about thoughts and feelings that worry or frighten you without fear of criticism or judgement.
The purpose of counselling is to assist people to make beneficial changes to their lives. I can help you to look at all areas of your life gaining a different perspective and to look at areas that may benefit from change. Everyone is different so I work in a flexible manner according to each clients' needs.
I normally suggest that before the first session we meet for a free 15-20 minute consultation so you can feel what it might be like working together with me and when we can identify your hopeful counselling outcomes.
Please contact me to make a consultation appointment to discuss how I can best help you.
Taking the first step towards seeking professional help can feel like the most difficult step to take, but once taken the outcome can be fulfiing and rewarding.
