About me

Hello, my name is Pat and you may be searching for a counsellor to help with an issue or just need someone to talk to. As a qualified Counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I have over twenty years experience of counselling clients with a wide range of issues. I am based at the Anerley Centre, Anerley Rd, SE20 8BD.

The fees are sixty pounds for a fifty minute session and I offer short or long term work.

Experienced in working with people from both health and social care sectors I have a good understanding of the impact of diversity, gender issues, cultural and faith aspects of life on our sense of self. I have worked for many years with people who are experiencing losses: including relationships, health and bereavements.

I value our working relationship as an essential partnership for working with you towards your aims and goals. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore the difficulties that you are currently dealing with. At the first appointment we will explore current life circumstances, background, thoughts and feelings, and what you are hoping to get out of counselling. We will agree a contract of work together, regular meetings, hopes and expectations for the future.

Please contact me if you have any questions.
