My door is open, to help you explore, where ever you are at, on your life journey. I offer you a warm, non-judgemental and empathic approach in a confidential setting. My practice room has a calm and relaxing ambiance.
We all have our ups and downs in life, and often being given the space, to have someone listen to you, can make all the difference. You will have the space to think and come to your own conclusions. I work in an integrative way, working at your pace. We will work together to find the best options to support you.
I specialize in Domestic Abuse, Rape and Sexual abuse, Stalking and Harassment, having a wealth of experience in this arena. A goal for the future, is to offer, craft/art therapy workshops.
