Patricia Judge Ad Dip CP MNCS (Acc)
Welcome to Wiltshire Counselling.
I can offer you a warm, non-judgemental and empathic approach in a relaxed confidential setting.
Often, being given the space to have someone listen to you, can make all the difference.
You will have the time to explore and come to your own conclusions.
I will support you around your needs, at your pace.
We will work together to find the best options to help you reach more clarity, informed choices and empowerment.
Have you reached retirement age and finding you are suffering the loss of a loved one? Are you perhaps thinking "what now" and suffering anxiety?
I offer counselling for victims/survivors and perpetrators of Domestic Abuse, Rape/Sexual abuse, Stalking and Harassment. I have a wealth of experience in this arena. The impact of domestic abuse is overwhelming and has a vast impact on a person's life, including children's. As a victim/survivor of DA, a person's identity can be eroded, leading to confusion and not knowing who you are anymore. You may feel as if you are in a fog and feeling very fearful. Maybe you witnessed Domestic Abuse as a child!
Have you suffered from childhood woundings? For example; rejection/abandonment/criticism. So many issues can result from unhappy childhoods, including relationships issues.
I draw from my training and my experience, to help you along the road.
Come and have an initial free 30 minute chat to discuss how you are feeling.
