About me

If you are ready to talk I am ready to listen.

I genuinely believe we can overcome our anxiety’s, fears and issues as we develop a deeper understanding of ourselves, our needs and motivations.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space where I will listen to you, where we can explore your feelings, emotions and concerns. I understand this can be a daunting experience at first however it can also bring self knowledge, understanding and relief, which  helps build self confidence and awareness.
Sessions can be booked weekly and are open ended. (as many or few as you choose)

I see each client as an individual with individual needs, my integrative training enables me to offer you a personal approach depending upon your needs using a wide range of therapies including eco,  directive and non-directive approaches.
