I am an experienced, accredited and registered hypno-psychotherapist /counsellor who could help you to deal with your issues/problems and move on in your life, to discover your life's purpose and achieve your maximum potential, both personally and professionally.

Brief, strategic psychotherapy can make a huge difference to your life, allowing you to deal positively with personal issues and improve your relationships at home, at work or at school and also with yourself.

Issues such as dealing with anger, coping with bereavement, low self esteem, lack of confidence, managing depression and relationship problems, abuse ~ young person or adult, can be dealt with sensitively, by talking openly with a counsellor.

I have worked in private practice for twenty years as a Hypno-Psychotherapist, before this I was a Lecturer in a busy College, teaching many subjects and often counselling young people who were having difficulties in their lives. 

I first experienced counselling when my marriage broke down, I felt lost and very unhappy, I sought some counselling and this helped me enormously, to build my confidence and my self esteem and to move forwards in my life. I also decided that my experience of counselling was something I wanted to do for other people who were unhappy with their lives and wanted to change, and move forward. This is when I began my training to become a fully qualified and accredited Hypno-Psychotherapist.

I have worked with the general public and EAP Organisations (EAP - employee assistance provision) and taken referrals from local GP Practices, Solicitors, Police, BT Police, Prison Officers, Banks, Building Societies, Nurses, Teachers, Students, Social Workers, BT, BBC, Civil Service, CEO's and Senior Managers. I have also acted as an informal Counsellor/Psychotherapist for several small companies.

I work with people 'face to face' at my home in a dedicated ground floor therapy room with an en-suite bathroom, over looking fields and trees, with easy parking nearby.

I also work with people who wish to use emails and others who would prefer to talk by phone.
