Profile
Are experiences from the past affecting your well-being today?
Would you like some confidential support during a difficult time?
I offer excellent professional counselling and psychotherapy services and specialise in anxiety, depression and bereavement counselling for clients in Croydon and the surrounding areas such as Purley , and also West Wickham and Sevenoaks. I have over 15 years' experience helping individuals over 18 in dealing with problems such as anxiety and panic attacks, abuse of various kinds, bereavement, depression and low self-esteem.
The counselling I offer is provided in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. As an experienced counsellor, I am committed to creating somewhere where differences are respected and valued. When you are suffering from depression, every day can be a struggle, but depression counselling could offer the help that you need.
When we lose someone you love, it can be very hard to come to terms with your loss and move on with your life. With bereavement counselling you are given the chance to talk about your feelings in a supportive and caring environment.
If you feel that I can provide counselling for issues that are causing you difficulties, please get in touch with me.
I am a MBACP member and psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist with over 15 years' experience. As a result of continued training I also use aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy. I offer long and short term psychotherapy to individuals over 18.
