About me

I am now seeing clients both in person and online.   I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and offer both short-term and long-term therapy for clients.  My own life experiences led me to retrain as a psychotherapist after a career in the Civil Service.    I enjoy working with all my clients and I have found that I am very drawn to work with women from menopause onwards, dealing with all the challenges that aging brings.  The pandemic has allowed me to focus on this and I am looking forward to taking this further.

I strongly believe that my clients hold the answers to their problems. I will help you to unlock those answers and find your own route to acceptance and resolution. As such, therapy will be designed around your needs and will follow the journey on which you embark. I believe that life throws challenges at us at all ages and that we can all continue to grow and benefit through therapy and self-knowledge as I do myself.  I can help with any type of issue including anxiety, stress, grief and trauma
