I offer brief therapy (6-20 sessions) for clients requiring targeted support on specific issues and longer term psychotherapy for clients wishing to explore issues in greater depth. In either case, I work in accordance with the client’s goals and stated needs. Together we plot a path towards an improved sense of well-being.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have completed five years of postgraduate training in counselling psychology and integrative psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute. I hold a Metanoia Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am currently working on a research dissertation with a view to completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy (DCPsych), accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I also have a Diploma in Working with Adolescents (WPF Therapy) and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). In addition, I hold a graduate diploma in psychology, an MA in linguistics and a BA in art history.

Individuals £60-£75 per session
I have considerable experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of community settings. I was a senior team member of a local bereavement charity for over six years. I have also worked at a women’s health service with survivors of loss, abuse and trauma and two community mental health settings offering support to those with personality disorder and other complex mental health needs. I have worked as a school counsellor in two inner London secondary schools and as a telephone counsellor for Childline. I was also the clinical services manager for a school counselling service for two years and currently provide group supervision to school counsellors.
