Pamela Bewick MA Counselling MBACP(Accred) Gestalt/ Person-centred Integrative
Newcastle Upon Tyne

Are you feeling stuck or like you need a fresh start? Perhaps you have been offered medication by your GP but don’t feel that this is the answer to your problems. I can offer you an individually tailored approach so that you will no longer have to deal with your problems alone or with the judgement of others. It may be that you are seeking counselling to receive help and support following difficult experiences, or you are facing strong emotions, recognising a sense of unrest or a need for change. The way you feel can affect sleep, work, relationships or the things you enjoy doing in life, but you don’t have to face these alone.
Asking for help can take courage and strength and prove challenging. I can offer you an opportunity to gain deeper self awareness and to feel more content or purposeful. Non-directive support is available to accompany you on your sometimes difficult or painful, but often exciting journey of self-discovery as you begin to heal and find workable solutions to your difficulties.
Karma is a concept where one’s actions are seen as bringing upon oneself inevitable results, which are regarded as determining ones destiny. At Karma Therapy I believe that we have the ability to make our own destiny through choices we make in the present rather than being stuck in the past. If the past created the present, then surely the present can also create the future. A holistic humanistic approach is offered including Reiki and relaxation techniques if required, to complement person-centred integrative counselling and Gestalt therapy to encompass the whole person.
A private and calm counselling room will be available for your use in Blaydon, or if you are unable to travel outreach work can be negotiated to take place in the comfort and seclusion of your own home. Please see my website for further details.
