Hello. I'm Pam - Please read my profile to help you decide about taking your first step towards getting help. I understand how difficult it can be and of course it's normal to feel anxious when meeting a counsellor for the first time.

Whatever issues you bring I will provide a relaxing and confidential space where we can work together to try to make sense of what has happened in your life. I can offer EMDR therapy, EFT, TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) and integrative counselling in which I bring together all my knowledge and experience to help you with your difficulties.

In my 18 years experience of working with a wide range of people, ages and problems I have found these therapies can be effective in reducing symptoms in the present and addressing issues from the past.

Along side my Private Practice I also work in the NHS and have done so for the past 12 years. Previously I was a Counselling Tutor for Leicester University and have extensive experience with adolescents and young adults.
