Profile
I am an experienced integrative counsellor. I encourage my clients to agree goals in therapy and use a range of approaches in my work including person-centred (humanist), psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT).
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at the University of East London (BACP accredited course) and completed my Diploma in 2006.
I see clients in my Stoke Newington Practice, and online (skype counselling).

Training, Qualifications & Experience
Training
I trained in counselling and psychotherapy the University of East London (UEL) BACP accredited course and completed my counselling Diploma in 2006.
Experience
I worked for PsychotherapyUK - a central London counselling practice for two and a half years. I have also worked as a volunteer counsellor for Terrence Higgins Trust for over two years, where I saw clients living with or affected by HIV. Before that I worked as an emotional support volunteer for Victim Support with victims of violent crime.

Fees
- Counselling and life coaching: £50 for each 50 minute session
Reduced fee daytime sessions are also available from £40 for clients on lower incomes. These sessions can be booked between 9.40am and 4pm. - Couples counselling: £60 for each 1 hour session
