I offer long term open ended and short term experiential therapy and coaching for individuals and couples; providing you with a safe and confidential environment to explore whatever may be of concern to you in your life.
Taking an Integrative approach to counselling Oliver draws particularly from Gestalt, family/ systemic constellations and transpersonal therapeutic models. I have also trained and qualified in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to the level of Master Practitioner.
I work from my private practice in Guildford, Surrey.

Other areas of counselling I deal with
Particular areas of interest include relationship difficulties, helping clients in their transition through life stages and difficult life situations (particularly post university, mid-life, bereavement and divorce), inner child work, the mobilisation of latent/ trapped energy in the body and the impact of family history/ constellations on our relationships and situations, both personal and professional.
I am also experienced in working with trans generational trauma and clients who have experienced severe trauma and sexual abuse whether as children or adults, providing a safe and honouring environment for healing and integration.
