About me

I am a multiple language (English, Greek and Russian speaking) HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist (& MBPsS member and General Member of the Division of Clinical Psychology) with a breadth of experience working in a range of psychology and therapy (strong CBT and Schema Therapy), i am hardworking and continuously training on psychological concepts and innovations. Having a highly motivated and reliable professional profile with strong communication skills, i have the ability to work positively and therapeutically with a wide range of clients from different age groups (including patient assessment, interventions, counseling and behavior modification) to achieve excellent results.

I carry out my activity of Practitioner and Clinical Psychologist for Cygnet Beckton Health Care and offer private consultations in Greek and English. I constantly develop with selected training updates.

Individual Assessment & Therapy (50 minutes) - £180

Sessions via Skype (50 minutes) - £120

In some instances clients may request sessions outside of the therapy room, for example to help with phobias. The fees for these services will be agreed prior to the session.

CANCELLATIONS: Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice will not be charged for. Where less than 48 hours’ cancellation notice is given, the session will always be charged at the full rate, irrespective of the reason.

Health Insurance  ( AXA PPP HEALTHCARE)

It may be possible to use your private health insurance to cover the full cost or part of the cost of your appointments. I am currently registered as a provider of psychological therapy with AXA PPP.  If you are registered with a private healthcare insurer and wish to have part or all of the fees paid for by the insurer, a referral from your GP (or with some companies, from a Psychiatrist) may be required by the provider in order to cover your fees. Please contact your healthcare provider to clarify these details. Some healthcare providers have fees which are different to my rates detailed above. If these are less than my own rate the shortfall is made up by the client.
