About me

Hello, and welcome to my page. My name is Oktawia and I am fully qualified counsellor with experience of working in a variety of voluntary sector organisations, the mental health sector, as well as in private practice. I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their Code of Ethics.

I offer trusting, safe, confidential and non judgmental environment. An open relationship between the counsellor and the client is important in the counselling relationship. I use an Integrative Approach within my individual therapy, I adapt it to the individual needs of a client.
