Noemi Porubska MBACP
Coming to counselling can be a difficult decision, however once you decide, together we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and confidential space. Counselling will allow you to learn about yourself and make sense as to why you feel the way you do.
I offer psychodynamic counselling which means together we will explore your earliest memories, past experiences and behaviours and understand how these may effect your current situation, behaviour and relationships.
I have experience working with clients from different cultures, social backgrounds and ages. I have worked with clients who struggled with issues such as anxiety and depression, marital, relationship problems, low self esteem, low self confidence, sexuality, attachment issues, sexual and physical abuse, disability, bereavement, chronic illness, work related issues and identity issues.
Your first session will be an initial consultation where you will have the opportunity to discuss what brought you here. After our initial meeting, if you feel that you would like to work with me, we will arrange a day and a time that suits both of us to meet regularly once a week.
My private practice is based in Finchley Central few nimutes away from the tube station and I aslo practice in Primrose Hill.
