About me

I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. I offer short and long term Counselling and I also offer crisis intervention work.

I have 30 years experience Psychotherapy Counselling Training at the Travistock Institute, Belsize Park London NW3 and the Whittington Psychosexual Clinic. I also have 15 years Dorset Police Psychotherapist and 18 years experience at Bournemouth University as a Counsellor. Over the years I have qualified in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Psychosexual Psychotherapy, PTSD, addiction, depression and anxiety. My approach is person centred therapy, every individual is different and requires individual treatment.

  • University staff therapist in North London and 17 years in Dorset
  • Dorset Police Staff Counsellor

In London I also worked in Crisis Intervention teams.

This has given me a wide range of experience and expertise in helping treat psychological problems and difficulties caused by life events.

My fees are £70 - £80 per individual depending on treatment programme and circumstances and £80 - £100 per couple.

Sessions last 50 minutes. There are 2 evening clinics available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for clients who have work commitments and 3 week day clinics AM and PM.

I am able to offer psychological therapy for the following at the consulting rooms at 2 Clarendon Road. The clinic is multidisciplinary and has separate entrances and exits.
