About me

I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Central Greenwich and the City of London (Bank).

I work with people who are suffering from emotional difficulties. This can cover a range of difficult feelings some of which might include, low self esteem, low self confidence, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, generalised anxiety disorder. Difficult feelings might also extend to relationship issues and family difficulties & dilemmas.

Perhaps you're feeling sad or something just doesn't feel quite right and there seems to be no solution or end in sight.

The opportunity to talk to a trained and experienced therapist can allow you the time and space for new possibilities to open up. I will work with you to help you think about yourself and how you live your life. Together we will aim to find clarity and understanding as well as relief.

My comfortable consulting rooms* offer a safe and confidential space to meet.

An initial appointment can offer you the chance to talk about what's on your mind and for us to think about how therapy might help to make a difference.

* Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all therapy sessions are currently being conducted via video call or telephone call.

I am engaged in continuing training and professional development to ensure that my practice affords the best informed care.
