I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist working in and around the North Manchester area. I am a member of the BABCP and adhere to their standards of conduct, performance and ethics. I am currently working toward accreditation.
I offer an empathetic, confidential and safe place to reflect and discuss things in your life which are causing upset. I work collaboratively with my clients to help identify thoughts or behaviours which are impacting the way you feel and work towards the goals you wish to achieve during your time working with me.
I have experience working with a complex client base in Addiction Services and also in running groups for Self Esteem.

In my work I am warm and caring whilst being honest. I have experience in adapting my work creatively with individuals to suit personal needs at best I can within the therapeutic relationship.

I worked for over a year in addictions services working with a wide variety of clients. I have also designed and held groups for people working on self esteem issues.
