Are you feeling low? Experiencing anxiety or depression? Perhaps you are struggling with difficult emotions? Talking through your problems can enable you to start making sense of things and if necessary make changes.
Taking the 1st step to attend counselling can be daunting; I am available to answer any questions you may have about counselling and what to expect. If you decide you would like to proceed we can make an initial 30 minute appointment; this gives you the opportunity to meet with me, explore your reasons for counselling and discuss what you hope to achieve.
I am a warm and caring qualified Counsellor with a good sense of humour! I'm passionate about working with clients on self care and compassion, putting an end to self criticism and building self confidence.
As your Counsellor, I will support you to voice your fears, frustrations, and experiences, enabling you to understand yourself and your situation better. I will support you to find the answers that are right for you, enabling you to move towards a more satisfying and positive way of life.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I have worked with a wide range of clients and I can provide long and short term counselling.
