Are feeling low, experiencing anxiety or depression, or struggling with your emotions? Perhaps you are going through a bereavement or experiencing difficulties in a relationship.
Talking through your problems can enable you to start making sense of things and if necessary make changes.
I am a warm and caring qualified Humanistic Counsellor working with individuals aged 18+ and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
As a counsellor, I practise the Person Centred approach, which is a non-directive method of providing support to clients. During your counselling, I will offer you a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can gently explore what is happening in your life right now.
As your Counsellor, I will support you to voice your fears, frustrations, and experiences, enabling you to understand yourself better. I focus on accepting individuals as a whole, including their life experiences and choices. I do not give advice, but will help you on your journey by facilitating your understanding and supporting you to find the answers that are right for you, enabling you to move towards a more satisfying and positive way of life.
I have worked with a wide range of clients and I can provide long and short term counselling.
