If you are reading this you may have decided its time to think differently about the issues that stop you enjoying a manageable and satisfying life?
I have experience in working with adults of all ages and with a diverse range of life stories and can help you explore the emotions that are perhaps impacting on your relationships and work.
I am a qualified psychotherapist working from a pleasant, private consulting room in the heart of London's West End.
It isn't always easy to open up to a stranger; therapy is a very personal process and the experience is unique for each of us. Without the judgement and criticism of other relationships, it is possible to revisit familiar problems or perhaps talk about things that you have never spoken of before. Together we can explore the issues that might inform us, help us make links within your life and thus help you to view things differently. It is the very particular relationship offered in psychotherapy that provides the real opportunity for the change you seek.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice from WPF, a highly regarded training institution and clinic in London. I am a registered member of the UKCP and FPC and I comply with their professional ethical codes. I also have experience of working within the NHS both in talking therapy services and forensic environments.
