Other areas of counselling I deal with
Many clients ask about anger management when they contact me. Whilst I recognise that some people may struggle to manage their angry feelings, often they have very good reason for feeling angry. I believe that the main task of anger management is often to recognise and acknowledge our authentic anger, identify the ways we are expressing this which we, or others may find difficult or distressing and then learn how and when it is appropriate to affect the changes necessary in both ourselves and our situation.
