Many clients ask about anger management when they contact me. Whilst I recognise that some people may struggle to manage their angry feelings, often they have very good reason for feeling angry. I believe that the main task of anger management is often to recognise and acknowledge our authentic anger, identify the ways we are expressing this which we, or others may find difficult or distressing and then learn how and when it is appropriate to affect the changes necessary in both ourselves and our situation.
My first training (B.A.) was in Creative Arts with a specialism in Creativity in Health and as an aid to Wellbeing, This allowed me to develop experience and skills in the creative art therapies and I am able to use many creative techniques in my work with individuals and groups.I have also offer training therapy and clinical supervision to trainees on Art Psychotherapy courses.

Friends can often be a great help, but sometimes we need someone who can bring a fresh approach to our interests and concerns. That's where psychotherapy, counselling or professional development mentoring can come in useful.
Whether you feel you need some help with kick starting your professional development, or have difficulties with emotional or relationship issues, I can offer time limited or open ended counselling and psychotherapy, clinical supervision and professional development and mentoring as well as some very interesting workshops.
