I am an Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with an office near Golders Green station. You are invited to explore any challenges you face, and I will support you to find greater fulfilment and peace of mind.
My working model is integrative/psychodynamic and I work with individuals face-to-face, on skype and on the phone.
I have successfully helped people with a wide range of issues including: relationship issues, anxiety, depression, addictions, anger, abuse, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, childhood issues, personality disorders, stress, work related issues, career counselling, spiritual issues, trauma, phobias, student issues, parenting, bullying and identity.

Aside from my private clients, I worked for 3 years as a Counsellor for a national mental health organisation, and I worked for 2 years at a bereavement Service.

During your first appointment, we will talk about the issues you want to focus on. This initial session gives us time to decide how we both feel about working together. Following our discussion, I will usually offer to see you for a further six sessions, with a review on the sixth session. I will not usually put a limit on the number of sessions, unless you request time-limited counselling.
