During your first appointment, we will talk about the issues you want to focus on. This initial session gives us time to decide how we both feel about working together. Following our discussion, I will usually offer to see you for a further six sessions, with a review on the sixth session. I will not usually put a limit on the number of sessions, unless you request time-limited counselling.
Mr M: "I have found this course of counselling invaluable."
Ms P: "Nicholas helped me through a very difficult period in my life."
