Welcome to my profile.
During our lifetime, issues may arise that may lead us to seek professional help.
Often talking to a trusted, impartial, counsellor, in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment can help. I can support you in identifying and understanding your concerns and feelings, you can then discover rewarding and empowering new ways to lead the life you would like.
I am a long standing, experienced, qualified Counsellor, who can offer you a confidential space, with a caring, honest and supportive approach.
I am a member of the BACP and abide by their ethical framework.
I am also on the BACP register as a member who has met the standards for registration.
Together we will use a combination of counselling approaches to find a way forward with the difficulties and feelings you may be experiencing, so that you can achieve positive change in your life.
My practice is in Bitterne, Southampton, with easy access to junction 7 of the M27 with off road parking.
I offer a free 30 minute assessment/discussion, so that I can understand your issues and this time also allows us to explore if we feel we can work together.
My usual sessions are 50 minutes.
I offer appointments on Monday to Thursday evenings with some flexible daytime and weekend appointments available.
Please telephone or email me if you have any further questions, or alternatively would like to make an appointment - email@example.com
I look forward to hearing from you.
