Caesars Camp Road
I am a trained, and qualified counsellor / therapist offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), helping people with a number of difficulties. I frequently work with clients who are feeling depressed, low, or anxious. Although I work with clients who have a variety of challenges, I am experienced, and have a vested interest in working with people who are struggling with anxiety; especially OCD, and General Anxiety Disorder. I like to offer my clients a calm and confidential place where they feel free to discuss anything. I believe in being non-judgemental, and supportive towards my clients. I offer support, and do my best to help them work through their difficulties, with a view to coping and moving forwards.
What to expect
I appreciate that anybody seeking counselling or psychotherapy may be troubled by a number of difficulties, and welcome anyone to contact me regardless of how big or small your challenges might be. If you are uncertain, or have any questions, I am happy to talk on the phone before meeting should you prefer. Then, if you would like to arrange an appointment, we could do so. During sessions with me, I listen to what you would like to talk about, explore how things are affecting you, and draw on Cognitive Behavioural Techniques to find ways which may help you make changes in your life.
Is counselling right for you?
Counselling / psychotherapy is a process which some clients find easier to start with than others. If you are unsure over what to expect, or have any questions, I am more than happy to talk, and answer any queries you may have.
