Naveed Asghar GradDip, Registered Member MBACP Counsellor/Psychotherapist
Searching for and seeing a counsellor can be a daunting experience for some people, but doing so can be seen as a major step in making moves to becoming more contented with life.
I am an experienced, qualiified counsellor and psychotherapist. I provide a safe environment with a non-judgemental, empathic and compassionate service for clients experiencing psychological issues that are painful, hoping to work through them and get to a stage where they feel content with their lives.
My approach to counselling is primarily Person-Centred although I am able to incorporate Solution Focused Brief Therapy techniques into my practice. I have also some training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and can apply techniques from this method of therapy when required.
