About me

I am based in central Oxford and can provide both short and long-term therapy. I offer clients a supportive, confidential and non-critical relationship. I work with clients on a wide range of issues including: anxiety, eating disorders, relationship and family concerns, depression, lack of self-confidence, addictions, leaving sects and cults, problems at work and questions of meaning and purpose.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling, validated by the University of East London and accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am a registered member of BACP and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework.

I have volunteered at the North Westminster Drug and Alcohol Service and at the Oxford Women's Counselling Centre. I now work in private practice based in East Oxford.

I have a background in the humanities and hold a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from Oxford University and an MPhil in European Literature and Culture.

I welcome those who have been members of other high demand groups too, both religious and non-religious.

I am based in East Oxford, but happy to offer sessions on Skype for those who cannot see me in person, or those who live outside the UK.

Please contact me to discuss session fees. I am able to offer a limited number of concessions, depending on your circumstances.
