Natasha Clewley MBACP ,Dip. Couns
Hello, I am Natasha, I'm very pleased you found your way to me.
Why this counsellor?
I have a fresh, vibrant, unique yet experienced approach to therapy.
I work to hold you support you and enable you to navigate to a more positive experience, freeing you from what ever is pushing you down or holding you back.
I work to your needs, not mine. I am here for you.
Its important that you get a sense of who I am, just as important as my qualifications and experience, because part of the counselling process requires you to feel comfy with me. Our first session forms an assessment so we can both look at this.
What I believe:
Crucially, I believe in the power that YOU have as an individual; to overcome whatever you are trying to deal with, big/small/not sure, and everything in-between ... there are so many reasons someone begins a search for a counsellor.
I believe that YOU know what you want/need, therapy supports you to figure that out.
In fact whatever the reason that has led you to look for a therapist. I'm here to accompany you on your unique journey. To facilitate your self development and growth.
I believe that circumstances can be worked through, that any situation one experiences can be redirected towards positive experience. That one can heal, one can change, reach understanding or acceptance, or move on.
I am not judgemental, I am not here to tell you what to do or instruct you, but I will be by your side and can offer insight as you discover what you truly need and want to do in your life.
My role and experience:-
My role is to be here; to provide professional and considered, yet unique therapeutic support helping you at your time of need. I would consider myself as having specialist experience in addiction, drug use, young people, mental health issues I.e bi-polar, anxiety, depression...
