Taking control of your life is a big decision and not always a simple one.
Finding a therapist to talk to is a great place to start and try and get a clearer picture of what exactly is holding you back and why things feel so difficult for you.
My approach is centered around believing that, while we are all individual, we all share the capacity for positive change. I also believe we can do this when at times we lack the energy and motivation.
My role is to help you find the direction you need to make these changes happen. I do this by offering a safe non judgmental space for you to explore the type of things that cant ordinarily be talked about in day to day life.
Change comes from within and challenging the thinking that has, so far, kept you where you are.
