Naomi Vibrati, MSc, Registered BACP Counsellor for Young People & Adults
Life can be challenging and sometimes we might find it difficult to cope with. Therapy can be an opportunity to look at difficult feelings and to undo patterns of behaviours that might not be helping us. As a Counsellor, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to talk about what is important to you.
I am a BACP Registered Counsellor working with children, young people and adults, based in Northampton Town Centre (NN1). In my therapy, I work using an Integrative model to support you through the difficult experiences you might be facing. My previous work includes providing short term and longer term therapy in a Youth counselling organisation and working on adolescent's inpatient units. I have also worked therapeutically with young people within the LGBTQ community, especially with the transgender youth.
To help you decide whether we can work together therapeutically, or if you would like to know more; I offer a 30 minute free consultation with no obligation to start ongoing counselling. The length of your counselling can vary from short-term (6 weeks-6 months) or long-term (6 months+), depending on your needs and goals in therapy.
